Question: 20 minutes into a soccer game my ankles and other leg mucles get sore what do I do !?
This problem is very annoying and has started happening 2 weeks ago!. I am very athletic and good at soccer so when you cant play to your extant its not fun please give me suggestions on what to do besides stretching properly!. I already do!. Thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

kim you serious about salt in your water!?
ive never heard of that as a benefit, just a negative thing!.
any athlete or bodybuilder on a diet looks to cut out sodium (salt) of their diet as much as possible, though your body needs a litte salt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

also before a game put a little salt in your drink this may help as you loose salt whilst sweating causing your muscles to cramp up it may take approx 2weeks to pay off but it is better in the long termWww@Answer-Health@Com

You have to get use to it, if unable to do so, I recommend amputation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stretch your muscles out and warm your body up also you may not be getting enough potassium!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
