Any who these aren't normal dizzy spells these hurt and cause me to really reach onto something and then also my head because it is like a throb followed by a sort of shakiness while still throbbing!. Could this be something brain related!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Sounds like vertigo (either your blood pressure is up, your ears are off balance, or allergies/sinuses causing issues
See a neurologist!. I had the same thing happen!. They do a series of test and will tell you if it's inner ear infection, caused by your blood pressure or allergies!. Good Luck ---
They can give a pill that make the dizziness not as bad until they figure it outWww@Answer-Health@Com

Aside from things ear-related, if you experience shakiness and just a general feeling like you think you might pass out, it's possible that you could be having an anxiety attack!.

Other ideas could be migraines, or just dealing with a lot of eye strain due to doing so much school work!? I don't know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have dizzy spells not as much as u but i have experienced them for years i actually had one today and it goes a little dark and my head hurts and i feel a little nauseas!. i went to the doctor about it you should to and tell your parents about it unless your an adult and when i get them i get pretty dizzy one time i hit my headWww@Answer-Health@Com

1) Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day!.
2) Don't get up quickly!.
3) It could be nerve related, so make sure to stretch your back and neck every single morning!. Find some good exercises and stick with it!.
4) Seek medical attention!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
