Answers:
If it is a broken or cracked rib, there's not much you can do but take pain medication to help control the pain!. The broken or cracked rib(s) are usually left alone to heal in time, meaning lots of pain and disability while that takes place!. Since the ribs move whenever we breathe, this is a difficult process, but it will heal in time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

could be for sure!. there is nothing that can be done with a broken rib, just ace wraps around the chest and holding a pillow to your chest if you cough or sneeze, no lifting or sports for like 6 weeks, but if its your 'chest' it could be your sternum which would possibly need surgical repair, usually though, same as broken rib!. dont blow it off if pain is bad though, better to be safe than sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, it might be that the muscle just separated from the rib!. So put liniment on it or something, or try and soak in hot water!. Take an ibuprofen (or any other anti-inflammatory), see if that helps!. But if that doesn't help, don't skip the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If its been thre days, better give yourself a thorough chest inspection infront of the bathroom mirror!. Any protrusion is cause for concern!. You exhibit the signs of having a rib fracture!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
