Headaches after situps?!


Question: Headaches after situps!?
Hey, I've started working out again for the past 3 months!. I've been doing crunches/situps on a daily basis and seem to get headaches after I do them!. I've narrowed it down that it is the sit ups giving me the head aches!. I focus on breathing and shut my eyes to avoid dizzyness but still get a pain in the back- bottom of my head down my neck into my shoulders!. When I used to wrestle in high school 2 years ago I experienced the same pain and fatigue after practice!. Any thoughts!?

There could be some issues with the discs in your spine such as if they are bulging (an example only)!.
