Well first you need up too 12 hours sleep so what i would do is like one night stay up all night and all day drink coffee if you have to but like well you dont have to stay up al night just go to bed for like 2 hours get up stay up the whole day then at night go to bed at 9:00 and wake up at 6:00 well that is 9 hours of sleep sorry it is 9 houtrs of sleep so set your alarm for 6:00 and go to bed at 9:00 and start geting up at 6:00 thats how ido itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Turn the TV off!. Put the ipod away!. Leave the xbox alone!. You seem like you maybe old enough to figure it out yourself, If it's that important to you to get enough sleep I figure out that maybe you will do what it takes for you to get enough sleep, Then again I may be wrong!. Finish your work asap-or sleep early, wake up early, and do your work in the morning!.

Try to go to bed as early as possible, if can't try to take small naps through out the day!. If possible on your day off catch up on sleep and avoid running errands!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't place TV or computer inside bedroom!. Bathe 1 hour before sleeping and drink warm milk while waiting hair to dry!. Wear comfortable cotton or silk clothes!. Nude is even better :) Just make sure to lock doors LOL!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont watch tv within 40 minutes of when you hit the sack, dont play video games, basically anything that stimulates your mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
