An hour is good for me because you don't get into a deep sleep!. If you sleep for a long time, it's harder to wake up and when you do, you will still want to sleep!. An hour should work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you're looking for a quick energy boost, a 15 min!. nap will give you that!. A half hour nap will give you a little more if you have the time, but any more than that, and you will actually feel more tired than when you began!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well depends if its a school night or work night whichever sleep for 30 min to an hour so you dont stay up all night but if you wanna party that night take 2-3 hour nap so you dont drag at nightWww@Answer-Health@Com
