Pain when lifting toes/foot?!

Question: Pain when lifting toes/foot!?
I walked a lot today, and I just got home to notice a sharp pain whenever I lift my right foot to walk/climb stairs, or even when I lift my toes!. I can't even lift it so that when I walk, my heel touches the ground first before the toes!. The pain occurs in the very lower shin area, where it connects with the foot!. I have a big event this weekend, and cannot afford to miss training sessions!.

Also, today I went to kick a soccer ball, but hit the ground first with my foot and really stretched my foot back!. That might also be another piece of the puzzle!.

So, I'm wondering what this pain is, and how I can heal it FAST!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I'd suspect shin splints, maybe a stretched ligament or tendon!. Like the other guy said, take potassium suppliments (banannas) and drink gobs of water and/or gatoraide!. Motrin (or any anti-inflammatory) 3X a day will help too!.

The time it takes to heal will depend on the severity of your tear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do yoga, swim, take advil/alleve, drink Gatorade, eat bananas, see a chiropractor, get a massage, wear better shoes, and warm up before a work out!. see your doctor if the pain persists!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
