Is this enough calories ?!
Question: Is this enough calories !?
For the past 2 weeks or so I've only been getting about 600-900 calories a day, and now am trying to get at least 800-900!.
I'm already overweight so not looking to increase my cals!.
just want to make sure its enough

Er!.!.!. no, that's not enough!. Your basal metabolic rate, just the amount your body needs for basic functions if you lie around doing nothing all day, is probably right around 2000 calories!. Maybe a few hundred lower if you've been doing this for a long time!. Higher if you're male, or younger than 30!.
If you're eating less than that, your body is going into starvation mode and causing a long-term reduction in your ability to burn calories, which is going to keep you from losing weight!.
A good idea would be to get an estimate of your basal metabolic rate and the amount of calories over that you burn in a normal day!. Then consume a quantity of calories somewhere in between your bmr and the amount you usually use up!.!.!. and increase your activity level if you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
