Problems after a case of hypothermia?!

Question: Problems after a case of hypothermia!?
Alright, I was surfing in Huntington Beach today and the water tempertaure was 60 degrees or so, I had no wetsuit on and I was completely numb after I got out of the water, I was experiencing extreme shivering, a core temp!. of about 91 degrees or so and I got in the car to warm up, put heater on full blast, once I was in the car the shivering continued for about 10 minutes and I was very cold still for another 45 minutes!. At about 45 minutes after I got out I noticed my hands were both swollen right on the muscle below my thumb (The tender piece of meat on your hand below your thumb)!. Now it's been about 12 hours since I was out of the water and my hand is experiencing no pain but there is something wierd going on around the parts where it was swollen!. There is a large bump running down the edge of my hand below my thumb, I believe it might be the bone below the thumb on both hands and I don't know if they're dislocated or if it's a problem witht he blood vessels, that part of bothWww@Answer-Health@Com
