Does this sound like a good way for me to not get sick at my dance competition t!


Question: Does this sound like a good way for me to not get sick at my dance competition tomorrow!?
At the past 3 competitions, i've gotten sick and i've been throwing up every half hour ALL day!.!.!. and no i don't get nervous!. it doesn't happen at the dance studio, it happens in gym when i run too!.


so how about!.!.!.i eat a lot of iron and potassium an HOUR before each dance!. Like banans and stuff liek that!. I'll bring water with me everyhwere for the first 2 dances!.!.!.after that, gatorade, and i'll drink that every time i do any excersise!. i'll wear a bodysuit the whole time (to hold my stomach together) !.!.!.could help a bit, and i'll have a very healthy lunch during by break!.

Do you think i'll get sick again if i do all that!? I'm really not in the mood to lose 3 pounds again!.!.!.i do that every time i have a dance competition!. If there's anything else i can do, TELL ME!. i'm desperate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First you need to look at the reason why you've been getting sick!. Exposure to stomach bugs, eating foods that didn't agree with you--the list goes on and on!.

Instead of bulking up on iron and potassium an hour before each dance, try eating healthy starting now!. You don't need to overdo anything!. Have some pasta with cooked veggies for dinner and eat some cheese for protein a couple hours later!. Eat some fresh fruit for breakfast with some toast with whatever topping you want!. Peppermint tea often helps an upset stomach!.

You may want to try cutting out dairy products before and during your competition!. It's worth a shot!. Stay away from over-processed foods!.

Make sure you don't overdrink, either!. It's *possible* that you threw up due to dehydration, but getting water cramps isn't going to help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The cure for vomiting is NOT to eat anything!!!! There is this stuff that you can drink that should give you the electrolytes that you need after vomiting it's called Pedialyte!. PLEASE, if you're having vomiting trouble do not eat anything except for this stuff!. Why give your tummy something to regurgitate!? I'm sure that this will help you!. i don't think you should drink gatorade if your throwing up alot at dance!. Maybe, i don't know!. just try though, it might make you feel better!. also, i don't think you should drink a lot of milk, or eat stuff with mik in it either!. Trust me, that works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
