Sprained/fractured ankle?!
Question: Sprained/fractured ankle!?
3 days ago i was skateboarding and fell on my ankle!. I went to the doctor in the morning and got x rayed!. He said that he might have saw a fracture!. I was told to go back in a week but the doctor put me in an air cast and i was told not to put wait on it and use crutches!. Now it doesnt hurt at all pretty much but it is still pretty swollen and like it fells wierd!. What should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Listen to what your doctor told you to do!. Sometimes when the fracture is a hairline fracture it is hard to read on the xray and sometimes when the area is swollen it is hard to read on the xray!. They are probably waiting for the swelling to go down to get a better view of the area!.Stay off the area so you do not do any more damage to the area!. Please just follow your doctors advice!.
