Question: Sore hand/wrist please help!?
my hand is sore where the hand meetss the wrist the bone straight at the bottom of the ring/pinky finger it hurts when i end it or pick up things with that hand i dont think ive done anything to hurts it though what could be wrong with me and what should i doWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you can, get it checked out with your doctor, and get him to investigate it thoroughly!. I can only tell you from own experience, not that it is happening to you but it is a possibility!. I have Arthritis in my wrists and fingers and If I lift anything my little pinky finger hurts, and sometimes my thumb, look for swelling or hot to touch areas!. Feel it with the back of your other hand!.
The only other thing I can think of is - do you go on the PC a lot!.
People can get this if they are typing a lot or playing games and don't take any breaks in between!. Whatever it is hope you get some results from the doctor and it isn't too serious!.

If it's truly painful and not just sore, you may want to get it checked!. Repetitive motion injuries can often come on slowly!.
See if you can find a certified occupational hand therapist--there are a number of exercises you can do to relax, strengthen, and repair muscles in the hands and wrists!.

ALSO, when my spine is out of alignment in the neck area, it can affect my hands and arms!. A good chiropractor who does muscle work can help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used to have pains like that for a week but it just went away by itself!. try massaging it under warm/hot water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
