Answers:
Most people need around 8 hours of sleep every night in order to feel refreshed!. If you're averaging between 6 and 7 hours it's probably not enough for you to get the maximum benefits!.

In fact, if you feel tired enough to sleep for 2 - 4 hours after work, you're definitely sleep deprived!. A short nap (10 - 20 mins at most) is okay, enough to refresh and re-energize you but not enough to interfere with your night time sleep!. Anything longer than that is counter-productive!.

It will help you sleep better if you get yourself into a regular sleep schedule and bedtime routine!. If you don't like going to sleep early, a relaxing routine may help you settle down!.

You can find lots of tips, advice and information on how to make a good night's sleep a part of your healthy lifestyle at the website below!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sleep is broken up into 4 phases, you will be going in and out of these phases throughout the night!. Having daytime naps can be beneficial not just for your tiredness but also for your health - it has been known to reduce the risk of heart disease and other fun stuff!.

That nap shouldn't be for too long though as it can make you even more tired!. To feel fully refreshed with your naps you shouldn't nap beyond 25mins!.

It is very important to get solid sleep of between 6-8 hrs a day and you should catch up with your sleep if you had a bad one the night before!.

I had some sleep issues and searched the net to find http://www!.anaturalsleep!.com it's got some good info, especially in the newsletter - I found the Ebooks on offer and bonus sound file to be worthwhile too!.
