Question: Persistant Headaches and Drowsiness!?
My boyfriend for the last 3 weeks has woken up with a very sore head which has then come and gone all day!. He just wants to lie down and sleep all the time and it is completely debilitating!. He has been to the doctors twice and is being referred to a specialist!. Last night he just remembered that he hit his head gettgin out of the car about 3 weeks ago!. I am very worried about him and our first baby is due any day now so this is not a good time for him to be ill and sleeping all the time!. Do you think the symptoms could be caused by the blow to the head!? He didnt think it was too bad at the time!. I am not sure when the specialist appointment will be but am hjust so worried that it may be something serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to A+E now!. If he has such a severe headache and he is drowsy!. The history of recent trauma could indicate some serious injury!. Dont get me wrong it could be something simple like a migraine!. But if its as bad as you say it is, it needs urgent assessment +\- CT Brain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
