Why have I got bad heartburn ?!
Question: Why have I got bad heartburn !?
For 3 days, Friday, Saturday and today I've had heartburn on and off!. I did'nt drink alcohol or have any spicy foods Friday or Today so can anyone say what could be causing it!.
I am not overweight either!. I had my Sunday lunch and went for a good walk!. It's really annoying me now!.

You stomach is producing too much acid ! I know alot of people who suffer from Heartburn occasionally as well which can occur out of the blue!. It can be cause by rushing your meal as well as eating too much oily food!. Try taking some Zantac or other PPI tablets (Ranitidine, Omeprazole) which would reduce the production of acid in the stomach!.

Have you any other symptoms besides heartburn !? to be honest go get it checked out probably nothing but better to be safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
