Question: What do you do with a very stiff neck!?
Ok I woke up this morning and couldn't raise my head because my neck was so stiff!. It took at least 15 minutes just to lift my head up!. My neck is stiff and I've got a really bad headache!. Help me please!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yesterday morning, I was you!.!.!.!.intense pain and soreness in my neck!. I took Advil extra strength all day and alternated between icing and heating my neck!. I also tried to stretch it out as much as possible!.!.!.!.by 8pm, I felt a little better!.
This morning, I am still slightly sore!.!.!.so I am doing that routine all over again!.

if you can get your hands on a muscle relaxer that would do you a world of difference if not just take some Advil and take it easy , it will loosen upWww@Answer-Health@Com
