Question: How to heal a sunburn quickly!?
I got a sunburn on my shoulders on saturday and they sting like crap!. What can I do besides using aloe, vinigar and dairy products (i!.e!. yogurt, taking a bath in milk ect!.) because I am SEVERELY ALLERGIC to Dairy!.

im a lifeguard and they told us the best thing to do is to put a wash cloth with some water on it, in the freezer for about 10 minutes take it out and apply to the burn repeat until burn is tolerant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Aloe is the standard, also called "burn plant"!. Why are you not using that, I wonder!?
You can also reduce inflammation in your skin with aspirin, if you're old enough to take that without risking Reye's Syndrome!.
