Shoulder is hurting while I bench press ?!


Question: Shoulder is hurting while I bench press !?
My shoulder is starting to hurt when I workout on the bench press or pushups!. Its not my rotator cuff , its a muscle it sort of pulls when I try to push heavy things!. If i lift weights through the pain it goes away after a while but i cant lift as heavy as i normally do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would go to the doctor and have them check it out and if they say you need to stop lifting weights for a month or a year i heared it could happen but the might say stop and rest your shoulder but if they dont tell you to do anything then i would ice it for 5 minutes before you lift your weights or lift lighter weights but like you said you cant lift or move heavy things any more so if it is not better in a week go to the doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com
