Question: Bump from months-old bruise!?
About two and a half months ago, I slipped on some icy steps outdoors and fell down on my butt on the concrete steps!. I had some of the worst bruises of my life, but finally all the discoloration went away!. Ever since then, though, I've had a hard lump that you can see/feel where the bruise was that is very painful if much pressure is put on it!. Painful enough to sometimes even take my breath away!. I've tried Googling this but found no good answers!. Is it worth seeing a doctor!? Home remedies!? Will it go away if I just leave it alone!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

U should see a doctor after all this time!. Until then try thermal therapy to relieve pain & wear compressive girdle support to help improve circulation & provide protection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hot and cold, and rubbing it with two or more fingers!. You will have to help your body to break it down and desolve it alway thru your blood system!. make small circles and rub, don't get to hard and two months or so and gone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
