Is it safe to take Ibuprofen when nursing?!

Question: Is it safe to take Ibuprofen when nursing!?

I take paracetamol when nursing but I don't think it's going to work with the pain I am suffering at the moment (TMJ)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
