Am i sleeping enough???!
Question: Am i sleeping enough!?!?!?
well friday i started work at 11pm and punched out at 2:30pm the next day (saturday) got some food and slept in my truck for 2 hours than punched back in at 5pm the same day and punched back out at 1:30am that night (early sunday morning)
total hours worked 25
i get paid lunch but did not take them soo i could leave 30 minutes early
i just took a couple 10 minute breaks instead
i throw cases of pop all day so it is deffently not a easy job
but at the end i was ready to punch out and punch right back in for doubble time for sunday pay
but they said no!.
soo i went home and got 8 hours of sleep woke up at 12pm (noon) sunday and now it is almost 5:30am sunday night and i cant sleep!.
on regular days i only get about 6 hours of sleep
work 11pm - 8am sleep from 10am - 3 or 4pm
ive been doing this for a year now
i feel fine everythng is normal
i am 20yrs old
is this eventually going to wear in and cause me any problems!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

7 hrs sleep is considered 2 b good!.!.no problem with 6 hrs!.!.!.ther r people who hardly sleep for 4 hrs!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You definitely need to be getting a full 8 to 9 hours of sleep every night!. I recently learned that many factors affect the health and overall performance of your brain!. Sleep, or lack thereof, is one of them!. Even if you don't feel any after effects or problems sprouting doesn't mean they aren't there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

every1s sleep schedule is a little different, but 6-8 hours is about normal!. at your age if you're not feeling tired you should be okWww@Answer-Health@Com
