Question: My foot had been hurting very badly!.!.!.!.!?
I hurt my foot pretty bad a while ago!.!.!.(about a month or so ago) and I got x-rays and the doctor said it was only a bruise!.!.!.!.but it has been bugging me and has been getting progressivley worse and now it is REALLY hurting me!.!.!.eccspecialy in one particulair place by my ankle!.!.!.could this mean the doctor is wrong!? Or is this just the bruise healing even though it is getting worse!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could have a fracture that is occult, meaning you cannot see it until healing starts, which is when new bone is growing to fill in the break!. It does not mean your doctor is wrong, he was basing his diagnosis on the information he had at the time!. It does need a follow up Xray and if no new bone it was probably not broken!. You could also get an MRI, as the pain should be better by now, so it could be something in the soft tissue, like a bad sprain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Go to a podiatrist (foot doctor) for a second opinion!. Doctors can only hold so much information in one brain!. Try a different one with a different brain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
