Question: OUCH! my foot!!! a girl stomped on it! how can it be so painful!?!?!?
I was arguing with this girl because I said "men don't cry" and she said she can make me cry like a baby, she told me to remove my sneaker and as I did so she stomped on my foot with her heel and grinded it into my toes!.!.!. well now I can't even put my sneaker back on!.!.!. how can it be possible that a girl stomps so hard!?!?!? was it only luck!? is it possible that she coud break something in my foot!? Broken toe or toes---GUARANTEED-- you owe me $10 bucks if I'm wrong-- I have a broken toe right now!.!.!.and that being said, if you ever want your toes to fit right in your shoes again you better go to the ER and get and xray---they will only tape the little "toes" together if that's all that's broke and they are aligned correctly- if they are displaced they will have to pull them back into place!.
Now if she stomped on the main part of your foot the metatarsals--the upper part where your arch is underneath--a break there means a cast!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. xray tech so I know what's goin on!.!.!.and yes it hurts like hell!.
Uh, have someone else drive you to the hospital because if you have an accident with a broken foot you will be liable--unless it's your left foot, --get a back of frozen veggies if you have any in your fridge and place them on the sorest spot--wrap saran wrap around so that it will stay in place-- elevate your leg if you have someone to drive you!.!.!.!.if it's your right foot, call someone or a taxi!.!.!.!.!.you can't drive and you need it seen tonight because if it's broke, tomorrow it will be too swollen for them to cast, then you will have to wait another day to get this taken care of!.!.!.!.!.!.stay away from that bitchy girl and don't let her sign your cast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Feet are like your hands!. There are lots of very small, very delicate bones in there and they are not hard to break!. There are lots of muscles and tendons in your feet and hands too, and they will hurt like heck if hit, even lightly sometimes!.
Stomping on your foot was not a good thing to do!. If she really did some damage, you may have a lawsuit!.
I would soak your foot in some hot water (as hot as you can handle without burning yourself) with Epsoms salt in it, until the water has cooled down!.
This may help with the pain and the swelling!.
If your foot still hurts and you cant walk on it in about 24 hours, you may want to see a Dr!.

apply ice on the foot!.go to a doctor, seek treatment and wrap bandages on your foot!.i wish you could just go to the police and put the girl in jail because she INJURED you!
