Answers:
TELL HER TO ASK HER DOCTOR ABOUT A "LABRAL HIP TEAR!." I have a labral hip tear (torn labrum, cartilage), and before it was treated and diagnosed, I experienced the exact same symptoms!. Tell her-- to tell her GP that she NEEDS a referral to an orthopedist like ASAP!. I needed surgery and lots of physical therapy, the earlier her hip is treated (if it is a labral hip tear) the more likely she'll be able to use it afterwards!!! I had a labral hip tear (also called a "torn hip labrum") in my left hip socket, (the labrum is a band of tissue) and I experienced my foot turning out when I walk, and pain when I would squat (to do things like picking up my room, etc), and also pain with any weight baring activity!. Getting in and out of the car is a painful sign that is unique to a labral hip tear injury!. If I sit on the floor, with my legs straight out in front of me, the leg with the tear relaxes irregularly, in that the foot falls sideways flat to the floor, whereas on my right side, with the healthy hip, that foot relaxes straight up or close to!. This could also be a sign of a labral hip tear!. Ask her if that has been an issue at all, if it has, then she definitely needs to let the orthopedist know that!. Tell her that when she does, eventually see an orthopedist, she needs to be incredibly detailed and thorough in all the information she gives him/her about her pain and symptoms!. Torn labrums have a wrongful diagnosis statistic of like 66%! If it's not corrected in therapy or surgery, depending on the severity, then she could end up not being able to run ever again, like myself!. In order for an orthopedist to properly diagnose a torn labrum, she will need to have an imaging test taken, called an M!.R!.Arthrogram!. Good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

SHE NEEDS MAGNESIUM CHelate!.!.!.!.!. ANd then she needs to stretch her hips by laying on her side (alternating hips) !.!.!. it takes about 6-10 days for the magnesium to work!. You can sit her in a chair with her butt all the way to the back and thenlift her feet up to see which one is closest to you (put the feet down)!.!.!. then push on the collar bone soft spot ( the gap) Push , it will hurt then let her rest and then do it again!.!.!. then bring legs up again, also always make sure her butt is siting all the way back (no slouching)!.

The magnesium will help so much!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It must be awful for her, and I'm sorry her GP is useless!. The only thing she can do is go to a Pharmacy and get something to put inside the shoe of her shorter leg!. This will 'even out' the length of her legs so she may be a little better!. I hope she gets to be pain free because life must be terrible at the moment!. Tell her to keep bothering her GP if she doesn't improve!. He should have sent her for an X-Ray!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
