Question: OH GO DHELP! IM SERIOUS!!! How do you treat 3rd degree burns!!!!?
ALSO HOW DO U MAKE A tourniquet and treat elctrical burns!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
first of all!.!.!.GO TO THE ER

but on the way, a tourniquet can be made by using a stick and a piece of cloth!. wrap the cloth around the effeced area until its tight then use the stick to keep it there

but you neeed to get the person to a burn center because 3rd degree burns mean that there's charring and you can't treat that at homeWww@Answer-Health@Com

3rd degree burns and electrical burns both need to be evaluated by a doctor!. 3rd degree means it's burned through the skin and fat and muscle, possibly all the way to the bone, and there's "charring"-- that is not something you can treat at home!. Go to the ER!.
Electrical burns need to be treated by a doctor as the skin damage can look minor but the underlying tissues can be damaged!. Electrical burns can also have an affect on your heart!. Go to the ER!.
Tourniquets are not used anymore as they can harm more than they help!. If you're bleeding severely, apply pressure, and again: go to the ER!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are times you could use a tourniquet!. If there's way too much bleeding to stop via direct pressure, you can apply a touniquet, or if there is an amputation!. As far as the "too much bleeding" issue, wrap the tourniquet around the (we'll say arm) arm, as close above the bleeding as possible!. Tie a knot in the tourniquet (best to use, say, a handkerchief rather than something skinny like a rope!. Less chance of injury) and put a stick, pen, or something like that in the knot!. Tie another knot around the stick and twist the stick, only until the bleeding slows and stops, no further!. Using another wrap, tie the stick in place so it won't untighten!. Loosen the tourniquet every few minutes to allow blood to perfuse the limb again, then tighten again!. do this until help arrives!. The first thing to do as soon as humanly possible, call 911!. Never apply a tourniquet unless nothing else will stop the bleeding and of course NEVER APPLY TO THE NECK!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YOU DON'T!
A proper burn center is the only place to be treated!.
they usually amputate or cut away the dead tissue & graft on cultured skin to cover the area affected!.
what you call a third degree burn is also known as a full thickness burn!. epidermis, dermis, subcutaneous tissues, muscle & even bone charring!. infection is the big baddie in this instance!. there may be little or no pain due to nerve damage!.
a true emergency!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
