Knee feels loose?!

Question: Knee feels loose!?
i hurt my knee last summer working out a lot!.
back in september i started doing work out tapes because school and my knees would hurt, but not all the time!.
each knee switched off hurting probably until just a month ago when they severlyyy started to hurt and could barely even bend down!.
after a month of no working out they both stopped hurting me so i thought it would be okay to try to workout lightly!.
i did a set of lunges, and on my right side it was perfectly fine, so i moved on to my left leg and it hurt for a little while then stopped hurting!. i finished my workout and about an hour later it started to bother me, but not really hurt that bad!. when i was sitting down i noticed the knee that was bothering me, the actual knee cap was more protruding and almost seemed higher than my other knee!.
it feels really loose!.!.!.im on some old cruches right now!. so i cant really put weight on it!.
but whenever i touch and move it, it almost reminds me of a creaky door !? help !Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Did you feel it pop out of place and if you injured your patella( knee cap) you probably would have torn the MCL or LCL depending on which way the patella went when you dislocated it!.
You should go to the doctor get an MRI and X-ray done!. If nothing ios torn or damaged then ask your doctor about physical therapy!.

While waiting you should Rest- Ice- Compress-Elevate

At your age, your knees are changing shape and are probably not as strong as they could be!. Try going easy on them!. Anti-inflammatory pain relievers (my favorite is ibuprofen) might help!. If the pain remains, see a doctor!. They might just tell you that "young women have loose joints!." That's when you might want a second opinion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go see your trainer at school!. I have a problem
with my knees as well!. There is a groove that your
knee cap moves up and down in!. Mine goes side
to side, causing pain and soreness!. I have to do
stretches everyday to strengthen them!.

Good Luck (:Www@Answer-Health@Com
