The nail on my big toe is is growing too far into the skin on the side and it is very sensitive!. In the past I just try to clip it off, but it grows back again in the same way and it's very uncomfortable!.

Sounds like you've got an ingrown toe nail!. These can be very painful!. You will need to make an appointment with your doctor to get it taken care of!. To avoid getting another one - do not cut your toe nails too short!.!.!.especially on the edges!. Don't pick at the sides of your toe nails either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You have to lift up the corner of the sharp nail with a q-tip!. Take a little of the cotton off the q-tip and roll it up!. Try and stuff a little q-tip cotton under there with some baby-teething medicine to numb it!.
If the toe is infected, you'll have to soak it in warm salt water two or three times a night!.
When the nail grows out past the spot, it shouldn't come back!. Clip your nails straight across!.
If it comes back after that, you'll need to go to the doctor and have the matrix of the nail trimmed--painful but permanent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should talk to your doctor about it because it sounds like you have an ingrown toenail!. they are very painful and could possibly get infected, so you should go see the doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com
