Question: Sore from wakeboarding!. is there a way to work it out or do i just deal with it!?
My right arm[mostly my bicep/tricep region] and the left side of my lower back are really sore!. i went wakeboarding for a couple hours yesterday for the first time this year!. is there anything i can do to releave it!. maybe streches!? whats the best medicine for muscle pain!? other things that may help are welcome too!. thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!. Try not to do an exercises or stretches for now without a doctor's advice as you don't want to worsen the problem!. You can try applying some heat to the affected areas and maybe even some analgesic cream!. If these do not help and the pain continues, it's best to go to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
soak in a hot bath and use icehot or something like that!.!.!.stretching might help as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
