Pain in the bridge of the foot?!
Question: Pain in the bridge of the foot!?
I've been getting this pain in the bridge of my foot and it's normally just when I'm walking up stairs!. It's not a sharp pain, more like a dull shooting pain!. It doesn't really hurt, but it's very uncomfortable, any suggestions to what the problem is and how to fix it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

change your shoes, or get insoles cause you are straining the muscle when you put pressure on the front of your foot due to a lack of support in the arch!. that or you have way to much support putting pressure there!. either way change your shoes for a few days and see if it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
