Question: Healthy way to recover from an all-nighter!?
im pulling an all-nighter to do my english project, what would be the healthiest way to recover!? thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, there is no real damage with losing one night of sleep!. Your body can handle it!. But the best thing would be to, after you get home from school, is to NOT eat anything, that keeps your brain busy digesting your food, not resting your brain, and maybe drink some water if you are really hungry, and go take a nap!. Don't make it over four hours so you won't get any sleep the next night!. When you get up, eat something then do something quiet or not active that would make your body tired, like maybe watching a movie!. Hope this helps!
