Weird things with sleep.?!


Question: Weird things with sleep!.!?
If I get 10+ hours of sleep, I usually feel a little tired during the day!. But when I get 5-8 hours of sleep I usually feel a lot more better!.!.!.

well just by my own experience I would say getting 8 to 10 hours of sleep is great!. Sometimes when you dream too much and you tend to forget your dreams which can also add some stress to your body!. I had this happen to me for a long time until I told my doctor and he sent me to sleep study clinic where they told me that I sleep but I am always thinking etc!.!.!.!. my heart rate and bp was up and down all night as if i was awake!. i could never remember my dreams too much etc!.!.!. and that was causing me to feel odd when i wake up!. stress can do this and slowly i am getting better as i am dealing with stress!. Also yoga and early morning exercise may help you as well!. also let your doctor know if are snoring!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

On average 7-8 hours should be enough but everyone is a little different!. Some people can get by on 6 or less!. Some people need more than 8!. Go with what your own body needs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For an adult (more than 18) 7 hours sleep is sufficientWww@Answer-Health@Com
