Question: Can you get an ear ack by swimming in the pool!?
the other day i was swimming in my pool with my
cousin's and my ear started hurting really bad i don't
know if it is an ear ack or is there to much water in my ear
i tryed getting the water out if there was any but none would come out and it still hurts like when i sneeze and i tryed to blow my nose and make my ears pop but it hurts to bad!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I got "swimmer's ear" one time and it felt like that!. I usually clean my ears regularly with Q-tips and the doctor said I got it because I didn't leave enough wax to protect my ears!. Here's a link to what the Mayo Clinic says about swimmer's ear!.http://www!.mayoclinic!.com/health/swimmer!.!.!.
These are the signs and symptoms they give:
Severe pain on moving your outer ear (pinna, or auricle) or pushing on the little "bump" (tragus) in front of your ear!.
Pain or discomfort in or around your ear!. Usually only one ear is involved!.
Itching of your outer ear!.
Swelling in your ear or lymph nodes in your neck!.
Feeling of fullness or stuffiness in your ear!.
Pus draining from your ear!.

I used to be a swimmer (I would swim like 3 times a week) then I started having ear problems!. It could be swimmers ear or maybe an ear infection!. I read in a health magazine the other day that chlorinated swimming pools can cause ear problems!. I think you should go see your doctor if your ears are still hurting tomorrow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yea you have swimmers ear but some rubbing alochal in it and let it sit or go ut and buy some for about 10!.00 for a tiny bottle at a drugstoreWww@Answer-Health@Com
