What happened to my knee?!

Question: What happened to my knee!?

I was dancing around with friends!. All of the sudden, I see my knee cap sort of twist around!. So, I fell to the floor holding my knee!. The pain was stunning for the first 20 seconds!. I can move it fine, but it extremly sore!. It's been about 45 minutes!. There is a little swelling, but the ice seems to be keeping it down!. What happened!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
