Question: I fell off the stairs today trying to run away from a teacher!?
it happened this afternoon, but as time passes, my feet hurts more!. it has swollen a good amount!. i can't turn it anyway; i can only press it down just a bit; and walk with the other leg! i feel like the joint of my leg and feet has something to do with this!. i've never been injured honestly!. and i don't have health-insurance!. so i really don't know what to do!. i can barely walk!.!.!.!.!.i have tests this week; i don't know what to do!. i took a nap this afternoon and when i got up, i couldn't walk AT ALL! i needed support!. what do i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have sprained your ankle!. I know I've done it before!. You probably didn't feel it at first due to being so excited and all!. You turned your foot the wrong way and now you are paying for it!. OK you need to get an ice bottle ot ice pack and put it on your ankle keep it on for about 15 minutes then take it off for 20 then back on for 15!. Do this on and off!. If you don't have an ice pack a bag of frozen peas will work really well!. You need to try and stay off it and you might need to take some medicine for pain if it hurts!. Other than that all you can do is not walk on it keep it elevated and keep some ice on it!. It will get better in a few days!. Yep that's right I said days it will be about 2 or 3 days for it to heal up enough for you to put much weight on it!. go to the hospital or an emergency clinic to get an X-Ray to make sure you haven't fractured anything
they help you even if you don't have insurance
it is important that if it is broken it is treated properly!.!. same goes for a sprain
if it is a bad sprain and you walk on it!.!.that will only increase your chances of spraining it again!.
you need to go to a doctor and get it checked out and if anything!.!.get crutches so you can walk!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You must have an ankle sprain!. Put ice on the area for 20 minutes, cover it with an elastic bandage and sleep with a pillow behind your ankles so that the swelling will decrease!. And try not to put so much weight on that ankle too!. Do this for the next 2 days, if it doesn't get better, you got to go see a doctor and get some xrays!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

did you try ice packs!? if it doesn't get better you should at the very least go to a quick care place if you have one in your area, you don't want to leave this untreated if it hurts that bad!.
it'll cost you more in the long run!.!.!. since it happened at school try the nurse and see what she / he says about it!.
