Answers:
Elevate a ice to help reduce pain a inflammation!. Try taking Motrin or Ibuprofen, basically there both the same and are taken to help reduce pain and inflammation!. If you can move your thumb, then hopefully it's not broken and your only experiencing the discomfort of falling and landing on it and hurting!. If it's really sore, swollen !.!.!.!.maybe you need to go to the doctor to get an x-ray!. The longer you wait the more painful it may become!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, you should get it seen by an emergency doctor or go to A&E as it maybe broken, if you can wiggle your fingers without bad pain it is probably sprained!. Lay your wrist in hottish water, then in cold to ease the pain & reduce the swelling then if you have a bandage wrap it round quite tightly to keep it in one place!. Don't ignore it as it sounds like you need something done!. Take some painkillers aswell!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
