Don't worry about it too much!. If it's something that happens rarely, you were probably just really tired!.

Take a warm bath at night to relax you, and either a HOT or COLD shower in the morning to wake you up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's called sleep paralysis!. Google it - it's a very interesting thing, actually!. Basically, your mind deliberately paralyzes your body when you are asleep so you don't hurt yourself while dreaming!. If your mind wakes up before your body, you can be aware of what's going on around you, but unable to do anything about it!. Some people actually have hallucinations when this happens!. When my brother was a child, he had this same problem and insisted that there was a "red monster" that came in his room and sat on his chest in the mornings, then disappeared!. I had a similar problem when I was pregnant!. It takes some getting used to, and is terrifying in the meantime!. But try to relax before going to bed - don't do anything that will keep your mind active and thinking all night!. If it becomes a serious problem, a sleep specialist may be able to help you!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
