Question: How long will it be until my knee feels normal!?
I had an acl reconstruction with an auto graft on february 18th!. i have just started a light running program a couple of weeks ago suggested by my physical therapist, but running feels extrememly awkward right now, and sometimes a bit painful!. how much longer will it be until i can start running, preferably sprinting, without the pain or awkwardness!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It all depends on the person!.
Some people take their therapy too far, others not far enough!.
You will have to set some small goals along the way so you can notice the progress your having!.
If your running!. How long until your pain responds!. Notice it again the next time, and the next until you see a pattern develop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why don't you ask your doctor or your physical therapist since they know your situation and your specific medical issues!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
