Question: Sharp pain in upper thigh!?
last thursday, i danced for maybe 3 hours and my left leg was sore for like 4 1/2 days!. yesterday, the soreness was completely gone, but now i have this weird pain in my upper thigh!. i can walk normally!.!. its just when i sit in a certain position, it feels like something inside my thigh locks and i can''t move it without pain!.!.!. what can this be!? :[ it hurts and its annoying!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could have torn a muscle or strained it!.!. so when you move it that certain way it is starting to tear more!.!. what you need to do is stay away from dancing for a bit!.!. go to the doctors and see what it is and if it is a muscle strain they should have medicine for you!.!. but best bet is to keep drinking water and take it easy with the dancing!.!. just do like half of what you are!.!. but drink lots of water!.!. your body needs to heal!.!. good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
