I've got a case of moderate ear wax and need to have ears cleaned every 1-2 months!. What is the most efficient and safe DIY way of cleaning my ears!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't use Q-tips, if used improperly, which is very easy to do, it can push the wax further into your ear!.
Tilt your head to the side, and pour some hydrogen peroxide into your ear!. You'll hear a crackling noise for about 5 minutes!. When the crackling ceases, put your head straight up and some liquified wax should come out!.
If it's serious, you can go to an ENT!. (Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialist) They can remove excessive ear wax for you through suction!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bubble them out with peroxide to help bubble out any debris and use a q-tip to clean the outer parts of the ear!. Don't put anything in your canal as this can push was down further into your canals!.

dont use q-tips peroxide is what my doc uses!. get a ear dropper and fill your ear!. it will foam and get warm thats ok then turn you head so you are laying on the ear you just clean it is important that you let all the peroxide run out like on a cloth or something then rinse it with warn water never stick anything in you earWww@Answer-Health@Com
peroxide is the best thing to use to clean your ears!. I just went to the ear doctor myself and he said to never use Q-tips to use a capful of peroxide and pour into your ear, wait until it stops bubbling and then do the other ear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
