Question: Chest Shoulder and Rib Muscle Pain!?
I went doctors yesterday and was was given an examination heart clear lungs clear chest clear, About 8 months ago i fell on my kitchen hard floor ful force on chest and doctor now thinks i have a weak spot!. I have been given 400mg ibrofen which isn't releving the pain at all!. I am not concerned about heart or anything like that!. I cant sleep the pain is so intense same as lifting or bending!. I have tryed deep heat and hot water bottles but they seem to aggrevaite it even more!. What other methods can i use pleaseWww@Answer-Health@Com

I had the self same problem and trying to find a position to sleep in is impossible, I was given after some trial and error with anti-inflammatory pills Feldene gel which you rub into the affected area and this was the only thing that got any where near to giving some sort of relief!. I sympathise with you because this can take a couple of week or more to improve and the pain will get worse before it gets better!. Best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would suggest that you go to A&E at your local hospital, and ask them for a thorough check out, have you had any XRays done !? there must be something not right, and it should be checked out!.!.!.!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
