Ultrasound is definitely better!. An ultrasound allows for better clarity and also 3D images (x-ray is just a flat picture)!. Also with ultrasound there is no harmful radiation like what you get from X-rays!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's an apples-versus-oranges question!. Ultrasounds are better for seeing soft tissue, X-rays are better for seeing bones (though often used for heart and lungs because it's so cheap)!.

Depends!.!.!.if its for checking broken bones, then x-ray as ultra sound may not always pick up small fractures, but yeah!.!.!.it is less radiation and much better for you in that respect!Www@Answer-Health@Com
