How can I get more energy and be more productive? It seems like I am always tire!

Question: How can I get more energy and be more productive!? It seems like I am always tired!.!.!.!.!?
I eat about 1,800 calories a day, work out for 30-60 minutes a day (even though i'm tired and don't feel like it), get 8-10 hours of sleep a night (even though i wake up feeling tired and wake up a few times during the night), and try to limit my coffee intake so i don't become dependent!. I have a cup about every-other day and try to avoid it as much as possible!.

Do you have any suggestions for me to give me more energy and help me be more productive!? I know i'm not alone!. I heard that stretching before you go to bed will give you energy in the morning, but i always forget to!.!.!. anything else would be amazing!. Thank you for your help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you have a decent mattress!? I am a very light sleeper and I had the same problem until just recently after my husband and I bought a new mattress!. If you are tossing and turning all night that could be the problem!.!.!. And there is such a thing as too much sleep!.!.!.

How much alcohol do you drink during the week, and do you use any other "medicinal drugs"!.!.!.!. those things can leave you tired the next day!. Make sure you aren't eating a lot of bad carbs like white bread, pastas, and any salty snacks!. If you want energy, make sure to eat a lot of raw fruit and vegetables and whole grains!.

And definitely drink a lot of water!. Water is actually what works best for me!. Even if you are only drinking coffee every other day, any caffeine (including pop) will keep you from going into a deep sleep at night!.

Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's good you excercise!. That's the main part with energy as WELL as sleep!.

Sleep is the MOST important!.

It sounds like you're getting enough, but maybe you need a little more, stick to 9-11 hours!.

Also, you need about 300-500 more calories a day!. And make sure you aren't eating too much crap; it drains energy and makes you ill, and ALSO, eat lot's of iron, protein and vitamins!.

Good Luck!:)

Also, maybe try energizing yoga/pilates techniques!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Constantly being tired can be caused my SO many things!. The causes can be as simple as an uncomfortable mattress or a vitamin deficiency or as complicated as a thyroid problem!.

Have you seen a doc over it!? You may want to make an appointment!. It's safer to rule out any serious illness before looking to alleviate the symptom!. A simple blood test or two could make all the difference!

Drink more water - i drink at least 3-4 litres a day (it is really hard to start off with drinking that much, but after a while you get dependant on it, i cant not drink water now, i feel drowzee and get headaches)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Perhaps you need a women's energy multivitamin every day!. They contain extra B vitamins for energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I recommend the A!.C!.T!. drink mixes!. I have been using them for sometime now, and they are good for you, and do not contain harmful things like caffeine and other jitter-producing things! They just give you a boost!. I am hoping to lose some weight with the change in energy!.
My advise!.!.!.get the tradition mix (not tropical) and mix with a gatorade or flavored water!. My fave so far (which was recommended by a friend) is orange-strawberry Gatorade!. Good stuff! Tastes like cool aid!. Oh, and just keep your Gatorade at room temp!.!.!.the mix will mix better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you're going exactly by the book which is great!. But maybe you're stressing yourself too much! preoccupying yourself al the time with what to do best! maybe every once in a while you need to give up one of these activites, like a onceevery 2 weeks, instead of excercising and sleeping right on time, go out partyin with your friends!.
or try having someone to excercise with, the conversation makes the activity more exciting!

you're doing great! keep up the good work!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
