Surgery of bulging disc is a good solution!. Three of my relatives had this surgery, and they all improved well, this surgery really helps!. If surgery is done correctly, improvement should be permanent!. Surgery is considered as pretty safe!.
But, please consider, you will not be allowed to lift heavy things, like 30+ kg cement bags or so after surgery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had a bugling disk in my lower back trouble in the 80's, my NS put me in a back brace, I had to wear it every moment I spent out of bed, after 6 months it improved and I've not had no more problems out of it!.

I might add, he told me if I did surgery it would probably just create more trouble for you, lets try the brace and go from there!. Usually a back brace will help a bugling disk!.

I hated the back brace, but it was worth the hassle to keep from having surgery!. It might be worth a try!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
