Question: What was wrong with my arm!?
none of my friends would believe me when i asked them what it could be!. so yesterday i was sitting at the computer and i had my hand up on my face!. and i was leaning on it!. (srry cant explain position very well lol) anyways!. i was sitting there doing whatever!. and then suddenly my elbow or arm just involuntary moves and goes down!. and i couldnt move it back for 5 seconds!. it was so freaky!.!.!.wat could it be!? has this every happened to anyone else!? serious answers only! thanks! ~

nice name sarah :) you must've pinched a nerve on your elbow because you were leaning on it!.!. did you feel any kind of tingling sensation going down your forearm as well!? if that's the case, you just pinched your nerve and if you protect it, than it won't come back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you were probably leaning on a nerve!. when you were leaning you probably pinched the nerve, which caused it to twitch(when it moved involuntary) and go numb for a little bit!. i wouldnt be too worried!. try not to lean on it for so long in that position!. if it happens again when you werent putting any pressure on it i would go see a doctor!. but i wouldnt worry!. hope i helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Probably you were leaning to heavily on your arm and it went to sleep for a moment due to restricted blood flow!. It can be freeaky!Www@Answer-Health@Com
