Pain in my neck???!
Question: Pain in my neck!?!?!?
Okay so when i sit down for too long my neck stiffs up and it really HURTS! i am 14 so it's not like i am getting old and fading aways or whatever!.
My mom has herniated(sp) discs in her back and neck and she has Fibromyalgia(sp), could i have a similar problem!?
I get wicked headaches too and my hand starts cramping!?!?

may be u hav a similar problem like ur mom!.
u shud try moving ur neck at regular intervals when ur sitting 4 a long time!.
in the same position!.!.!.
so this may avoid sprain in ur neck

mine does that too and i can't turn my neck for a few minutes!.
however, mine started because i pinched a nerve or something giving birth!.
and your headaches could be that you need glasses, you're stressed, or something you should talk with a doctor about!.
