Insomnia ideas?!


Question: Insomnia ideas!?
I am having real trouble sleeping lately and it is wearing me out!. I get plenty of exercise and eat healthily!. I just cannot sleep!.
I don't want sleeping pills and have tried valerian to no effect!.

Lots of great answers, Try putting them together and see what happens!. Have a couple of shots with ale, then pull an all nighter of sex, turn on some classical music, and I am sure you will either pass out or the music will knock you out!. I know classical music will knock me out immediately evenb after 8 hour of sleep lol!. The rest of the cure may not be real effective, but it would take your mind of the insomnia, and would be a helluva lot of fun!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure the room you're in is completely dark!. The process of sleep is started by the bodies natural release of melonin!. Your body associates darkness with rest and sleep!. Try listening to classical music!. Set the music soft so that it is ambient music!.

Now, If you're feeling hungry, best is to drink 2 cups of water!. Avoid carbohydrates and proteins of all kinds; this only stimulates your digestive system and in fact prevents sleep even more!. good luck!.

p!.s!. If you don't want to use sleeping pills you can use natural vitamin supplements with melonin in them!. This will naturally start inducing sleep although it won't be as fast as sleeping pills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have something like that sometimes, only I fall asleep but wake up a couple hours later!.

I think the reason you're not sleeping is because something is on your mind, try meditation to clear your thoughts!.

Sometimes havin' a dark ale, a shot of vodka, glass of wine or port before ya goto sleep helps!.

Sometimes imagining free falling down a long falling spiraling tunnel into darkness will put you to sleep if you practice it!.

Or imaging a candle in your mind, and watching it burn, just putting all your focus on something and quieting the rest of your mind!.

A warm bath!.

If you're working out a bit too much, your body will want rest (happened to me before), and when it's over fatigued, you cannot sleep, basically laying down with your eyes shut and can't sleep!.

Also east something with High carbs couple hours before you sleep, that may help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lol pull an all nighter, you'll go to bed and get lots of sleep the next day!. It's what I have to do sometimes!. I don't like the idea of pills either!. Going for a long run and having a shower before I go to bed sometimes helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well my lovely H mm seem to me your need alot more sex in your life!. when i i get alot of sex i sleep so much better and if you get alot of oral sex you will sleep alot better!. so please let me know if this work for you!. because it help me alot!. Good luck!.

Listen to relaxing music like Ocean waves or Gentle rain!. And read bible verses that are calming and peaceful especially from the Psalms!. Also, light some candles just make sure to blow them out before you go to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
