Why Does The Body Twitch At Random Times?!

Question: Why Does The Body Twitch At Random Times!?
Well, I'm not sure how to exactly describe this, but every so often (Like maybe once a week or two on average!.) I just get like a sudden twitch in my arms or legs!. It only happens once and only on one limb, but I'm puzzled why my body involuntarily does this!. I know I don't have any sort of twitching disease/problems and whenever these happen, I'm either walking, sitting down, or doing something else!. Not like it actually picks a time when I'm doing something in particular!. Mostly it happens when I'm relaxed, though!. Any info would be much appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It is a Spasm!.
In simple terms:
Your body creates little impulses as energy for you to do your daily activites!. When we are really active more "energy" is created for you to use!. Altough sometimes we dont use all the energy that is created and it builds up in the muscles!.!.!.!. so when we relax, like laying in bed or on the couch that built up energy that was created but wasnt used lets loose giving you that spasm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is just a nerve spasm, it happens sometimes just because!. You can't really explain it, but there is probably no one out there that has never had one!. It is just a spam, no need to worry! :))Www@Answer-Health@Com

Involuntary muscle spasms!. Nothing to worr about!. Fairly common for over worked and under exercised muscle groups!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Like others said it's a spasm!. It happens to everybody!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
