I accidentally cut off a piece of my nail on the middle finger of my left hand! But half is still attatched! What should I do!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Clip the other half!. If you bleed, clean it well, keep it dry and cover it with a bandaid until the bleeding stops!. Make sure to keep it clean if it's bleeding!. Sometimes ice helps if you have any kind of pain or swelling!. If it's just the nail, clip it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well though it might be painful, you need to pull off the loose piece, if it accidently caught on something then you could end up ripping off more than that, your nail wont grow back together, so just get off what you can and then keep it wrapped up in a band-aid to protect it from ripping more and getting infected!. you will probably want to see a doctor as he can give you come aintibiotic to help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Wash your hands rely good wiht soap and water to prevent infection and then dry your hands and use neosporin plus this product has a indgrent that helps with pain and put a bandaid on it and let it air out during the day but if possibly leave that ohther half of the nail intact!. Clean it really well with soap and water, put a band aid on it until the skin where the nail was isn't so sensitive and leave it alone!. Your nail will grow- it will take a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
