Answers:
Sounds like me!. You should make sure you are sipping water not gulping it down!. Sometimes when I gulp down water during my workout, I get the dreaded side-stitch cramp!. Partly because I've been taking in a lot of air breathing and then I'm drinking a lot water!. What happens is you have a big old air bubble with water sitting on top of it!. (Kind of like when a baby has to burp)!. It's not pleasant!. Try and sip your water steadily before the workout, and sip it throughout!. I'm sure that will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you sure it's your appendix!?!? You could just be having a stomach cramp!. Appendix pain is lower right quadrant right near your hip bone!. It hurts on "rebound" so like you push it in, and when you let go you get pain!. Having had appendicitis and a burst appendix, I can tell you it is some serious business!. I had my appendix out two years ago and have had to have subsequent corrective surgeries and have basically remained chronically ill because of it!. You should go see your doctor and have it checked out!. If your appendix is inflamed it needs to come out before you get very sick!. You may just be having cramps from working out and that's a different problem all together!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you sure its your appendix!? I had minor appendicitis and the doctors had to give me antibiotics!. if its your appendix then you will have rebound pain and you will feel completely nauseated!. Try to drink water before and during you working out and drink energy drinks like Gatorade or Powerade after!. its always helped me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
