Knee pain after jogging?!
Question: Knee pain after jogging!?
I recently went jogging, over the past few days I ran 6 miles total, this is all after a period of being very inactive!.!.!. anyway, today I did one short sprint, and later went on a prolongued walk with my dog!.
towards the end of my walk I felt an itch on my leg, and as my dog was pulling me foreward I kind of ran my fingers across my leg so as to get rid of the itch and shortly there after I developed pain in my leg and knee!. I was able to walk home normally and the pain subsided!.
now, I've been laying on my bed playing video games, and I got up to walk around, and the pain in my knee is unbearable, I cant walk without keeping my leg straight!.!.!.
whats the problem!? serious!? should I just "sleep it off" or should I schedule an appointment with my doctor!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
